The Royal Fit specialists will make your monthly nutrition plan based on factors as:

• From season to season we will recommend the appropriate fruits and vegetables, the traditional Christmas foods and sweets, and during fasting periods we will recommend vegetarian foods.
• The Royal Fit specialists will choose from a database of over 10.000 recipes from all over the world, from the Chinese, Mediterranean and French but also from the Romanian cuisine, to satisfy your most peculiar needs. This means that if you like Chinese food, if you prefer having a burger on your lunch-break, if chocolate is a vice you just can’t quit, or even if you enjoy a good beer just before going to bed, you will still be able to enjoy them.

The Royal Fit nutrition specialists will elaborate specific personalized plans, as follows:
- For people looking to increase their muscle mass, like bodybuilders;
- For people wishing to improve or decrease their LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglyceride level;
- For people with intolerance to various ingredients or foods, like gluten – normally found in cereals and other derived products;

The nutrition programs are not released without a previous metabolic rate test. Monthly retesting is also recommended in order to adjust your nutrition to your newly modified metabolic rate. This new rate will also allow our specialists to finely adjust the diet.

For professional athletes elaborate a specially designed performance diet, including 60% carbohydrates, 20% proteins and 20 lipids.
Let us also mention that our nutrition counselors will also recommend 40 grams of the best fiber, that will stimulate fat burning and stabilize glucose, increase glycogen levels and maximize energy release during exercise.

Vegan
For vegans (strict vegetarians, that do not eat any animal byproducts), the nutrition specialists will add 800 mg of Calcium, but also minerals and other essential nutrients, such as iron.
Their diets will also include soy and fiber, up to 70% of the diet.
People suffering from diabetes will be provided with hypoglycemic diets.
For people over 40, the diets will include nutrients that will improve energy levels, normalize heart functions, blood pressure and that do not put pressure on the digestive system. These diets will include fewer carbohydrates, more proteins and a high level of vitamins A, D, zinc and iron. These diets will insure the necessary nutrients for a good health, even at a certain age.

Royal Fit goes as far as to consider both preferences and religious beliefs of the clients. So if you are a Christian, we’ll consider the fasting period, if you practice Judaism, the food will be kosher, and if you are a Muslim, the diet will be halal.
